"Law & Order" alum Angie Harmon's 18-year-old daughter, Avery Grace Sehorn, is facing felony charges following an alleged incident at a bar in Charlotte, North Carolina, earlier this month.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department alleges Sehorn and two others broke into World Nightclub and took six bottles of liquor with a value of $500 on June 5, according to an arrest sheet reviewed by USA TODAY on Monday.
According to an officer, surveillance footage showed the suspects breaking into the building, going behind the bar and taking bottles of liquor. The suspects allegedly ran after being confronted by a cleaning crew member. Sehorn and one of the other suspects were later stopped by security nearby and arrested, per the arrest sheet.
Sehorn is facing one felony charge of breaking and entering, and a second charge for larceny, according to court documents reviewed by USA TODAY on Monday. She was released after submitting a written promise to appear in court, with a hearing scheduled for June 28.

In a statement to People, Harmon's attorney George V. Laughrun II said, "Ms. Harmon respects and believes in the criminal justice system. She is looking forward to her daughter's day in court so that the real truth can be told from individuals who were eyewitnesses to the events."
The statement continued, "They and their counsel are confident that the truth will be forthcoming and again are looking ahead to show actual facts about what occurred, not conclusions and conjecture from outside sources. We will be making no further comment until our day in court and ask that everyone respect their privacy."
Sehorn is Harmon's second daughter with her ex-husband, former NFL player Jason Sehorn. The two, who announced their split in 2014, also share daughters Finley Faith, 20, and Emery Hope, 15, together.
According to an Instagram post Harmon shared June 2, Sehorn graduated from high school this month.
"We are all immensely proud of you Avery! You have overcome & conquered & excelled to shine brightly with the stars!" Harmon wrote in the caption. "Remember to leave every place better than you found it & we are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!"
